In accordance with the new European General Data Protection Regulation, which applies from May 25, 2018, by accessing this page, you accept all risks arising from its use and accept that you will use its content exclusively for personal use and at your own risk. Our IT system is protected by technical measures against unauthorized access, modification, dissemination, loss and deletion of your data. We guarantee that we will use your personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your requests, concluding and executing contracts, for our own marketing and other legitimate interests that are important for our business. We will use the data for clearly defined purposes and will not forward them to third parties or use them for unspecified purposes. Your data will be processed exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and applicable Croatian laws and regulations.
We store your personal data in our local client database when you submit an inquiry, request an offer or perform a service. Depending on the type of inquiry or requested service, this is the following data:

We process data for the purpose of sending an offer or performing the ordered service and legitimate interest to improve business. Data is available only to employees who need it to perform their work. We also store the email address in the newsletter program MailChimp, which is compliant with the GDPR. Without this data, it is impossible to contract and fulfill the assumed business obligations and your requests. The client base is our legitimate interest, which enables us to improve business results and raise the quality of service. It is also easier for us to fulfill the requirements defined in the process of compliance with personal data protection regulations, such as updating and portability of personal data.

The right to deletion and restriction of processing:
Building.hr systems are aligned with the respondent's right to the rights he exercises if he wishes to express his opinion on the sharing of his personal data for the purposes clearly and unequivocally presented to him. If the Building.hr group does not have a legitimate interest in keeping personal data, the subject exercises rights according to the Regulation. Technical implementation is automated through the CRM system, while the Personal Data Protection Official also has responsibilities in this area.
Possibility of complaint:
Building.hr has implemented the right to the complaint that the respondent exercises according to the Regulation in its operations and has adapted to the requirements set by the Regulation.
Users can currently exercise their right to complain by e-mail, in person or by post. It is recommended that clients direct the administration of the online form or by submitting a complaint via the online complaint form. It is suggested that the complaint creates a ticket in CRM, which is then processed. The processing is manual, in the original systems.
Personal data is collected based on consent in:
- marketing purposes
- sales purposes
- user profiling purposes
The consents are presented and described with regard to the purpose, and the user is offered the choice of the communication channel through which he wishes to communicate with Building.hr. Consent is integrated over Building.hr's IT systems with clearly defined communication channels chosen by the respondent.
