Terms of use

1. Introductory provisions

The General Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between the Building.hr (hereinafter referred to as the provider) on the one hand and the user of the service (hereinafter: the user) on the other.

2. Use

When using it, the user undertakes to comply with all obligations and limitations set out in the general terms and conditions in question. The general rules apply to all users on the website. By entering the website, the user confirms that they are familiar with these general terms and conditions and confirms that he agrees.  If the provider notices that the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions have been violated, he has the right to temporarily disable the further use of the website. He has the right if the user does not settle his obligations on time and despite the warnings has the right to prevent further use or termination of the right of use.

3rd Registration:

Registration is carried out through the website, the user must enter his personal information and to agree to the use of data. By registering, they accept the general terms of use. It gives consent that the provider may, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, process data for the purposes of records.

4. Data changes and notifications

The provider can constantly develop, improve and supplement its solutions, which is why a certain visual appearance of a particular solution can be changed or replaced by a similar solution. He has the right to revoke a particular solution if he has to do so for compliance with applicable laws. It undertakes to notify users no later than 30 days before the introduction of the changes.

5th Help with using Building.hr

Assistance with the use of Building.hr can be requested in regular working hours from 08h to 16h via e-mail or phone and free assistance will be provided when using the site.

6. Intellectual property rights

The owner of the intellectual property rights is exclusively the provider, the user acquires only the right to use and undertakes to comply with the law governing intellectual property rights, unless otherwise agreed. The user undertakes not to misuse or export data and create a new database. He agrees to use the data consistently.

7. Rules of conduct

It is strictly forbidden on the Internet station that the user:

  • Falsely represented
  • to publish data from other users
  • publishes false information that may harm others
  • to violate the existing laws of the Republic of Croatia

8. Prices

Package prices are expressed in Euros (EUR) and do not include value added tax (VAT). Package prices may change without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

The provider is not responsible for any damage caused by the advertising of the user on the website. The provider provides the services exactly as they are and does not guarantee the correctness, accuracy, quality and up-to-dateness of the solutions relating to their application to a particular purpose. The user is criminally responsible for the use of data that are contrary to the provisions of the general terms and conditions or contrary to legal provisions or contrary to the rules of conduct. For terminating or restricting access to Building.hr is not the answer for the resulting solutions outside the scope of the user, nor is it responsible for any inconveniences that have arisen from the user. If any damage is suffered due to misuse of services by the user, the provider is entitled to compensation. Neither party is responsible for acting contrary to the provisions of the contract. Consequences arising from changes in measures of the governing authorities, legal changes or other circumstances that are out of control.

10. Method of resolving disputes

The true relationship between the provider, the user and the service provider shall apply exclusively by the law of the Republic of Croatia unless otherwise agreed.

11. Confidential information

All parties undertake to keep all confidential information disclosed to them from trade secrets, financial information and the like. Disclosure of information directly or indirectly to a third party is strictly prohibited.
